Computer Freezes - Malware Issue

Have a Toshiba Laptop just purchased month ago from Fry's. DL from P2P's on occasion (Limewire, Torrents, etc.). Now realize the issues with P2P's. Working with Vista 64bit Home Version, forgot what CPU speed but it's an AMD and 4GB's RAM. Firefox will get on the internet but freezes fairly quickly. All my security software freezes too (NOD32 A/V, SpySweeper, Zone Alarm) and everything was up to date until it started freezing. Have tried to clean out Temp Dir, Recycle Bin, etc. and going through Safe Mode but nothing seems to work. External programs (thru the net) that perform scans all freeze too. I am posting my most recent HJT log since I'm at a loss what to do from here. Would appreciate all the help I can get. I did post on another forum and got no response after waiting 7 days so I cancelled that post and came over on the suggestion of a friend. Please help. I start college (Freshman) next week and need to get my laptop back to working order.
