Symptoms: Ggle chrme redirects to 0x61.com + slow internet

Help please,

My Google Chrome browser sometimes redirects me to: "0x61.com - Internet Forums and much more!" Its not much more...in fact, its crap.

Also my internet connection is very slow. Tech support by my provider has run diagnostics revealing nothing wrong on their end.
