Something Extremely Nasty in My Computer

Can't run a full scan in Norton Internet Security 2009, it stops and says it's finished about 10% in. Getting browser hi-jacks and can't load SONAR advanced protection for Norton as well. Also running Stopzilla on my machine, but nothing fixes the bug I have gotten.
