PC has virus

My pc has been infected with a virus and could use your help. Windows start poping up with Antivirus pro scanning then all kinds of windows pop up with your pc has been infected. At one point ie was redirecting as well. I have ran malwarebytes and it removed 49 instances but when I rebooted it keeps finding 4-5 more and could not remove. Malwarebytes helps but after a week or so it shows up again. Below is my hijackthis log. THANKS for your help!
