Old, slow computer has frequent browser crashes

Unread postby eddie57 » July 7th, 2009, 10:26 pm

This is not my main computer but an older Dell that I still use on occasion. The main problem is that the entire computer is very slow and the browser often crashes. As this is an old computer (Pentium 4, 256MB of Ram) I realize that it is going to be slower. However, I am pretty sure there might be a larger problem. Currently using: Ad-Aware, Malwarebytes, CCleaner, Spybot S&D, and Avast! Free edition. (AV-Stuff is the folder Avast files are in)
