Please Help with Trojan

Hi and thank you in advance for your help.

I somehow got myslef a virus that has been redirecting my google searches and it was not allowing me to open my Malwarebytes software to get rid of the problem.

So I looked around for help and I was able to rename Malwarebytes and successfully run it. It found 13 different things wrong and deleted most of them. It said that those it was unable to delete it would delete on Startup.

So I restart the computer and I am still having a problem. I have rerun Malwarebytes several times and it always finds one "Trojan" that it claims will delete on restart but never does.

Also

During the course of all this aggrevation, I tried running chkdsk /f and when I restarted my computer to run it, it said my system was RAW and chkdsk couldn't run (It always used to identify my system as NTFS and ran problem free). I opened My Computer and right-clicked on C: and then Properties and it claimed my system was NTFS but upon restart, it still says RAW.


I don't know what else to do, thank you for your help.

The last time you came here for help, you abandoned your topic prior to your helper completing his task. You are advised that to do that a second time may well result in our refusal to assist you in the future.

We note that you are having difficulty running certain programs. Understand that in order for us to help you it is necessary that you provide us with a HijackThis log, and the malware may try to prevent you from doing this. If you find you are unable to run HijackThis, it may be possible to trick the malware into letting you use the program. First, download HijackThis to a clean computer, then rename it from HijackThis.exe to any other name you want, using an .exe extension, for example... YourLastName.exe. Once you have done that, burn it to a CD (preferable to using a flash drive that may easily become infected) then transfer the renamed file to the infected computer and run a scan, then start a new topic and include your HijackThis log.

Please follow the guideline at the link below to start a new topic and post your HijackThis log. If you are unable to create and post a HijackThis log, then your only option may be to reformat your computer and reinstall the operating system.
