Virus detected by AVAST when installing Kapanga softphone

Unread postby sartenose » July 5th, 2009, 6:00 am

Hello,

I am new to this forum and don't know if this is the right place for this topic.

I just installed the Kapanga on my system. At the end of the installation my antivurus application AVAST detected a Virus. The following information is provided by Avast:
Program files\Mozilla Firefox\plugins\npkapanga.dll
Malware name: Win32: Torjan-gen (other)
Malware type: virus/Worm
VPS version 090704-, 04/07/2009

has anybody else faced this problem? Is that a virus or should I just ignore the warning

Regards
Sartenose
