Hello savoy

You are currently running hijackthis from a temporary file; please move HijackThis into a permanent folder. It is important that you run HijackThis.exe in its own folder so the backup files that HijackThis file will create will not be accidentally deleted on reboot.

Open 'My Computer', then double-click to open C:\ (or the drive letter that your Windows is installed)
In the menu bar, click File-->New-->Folder.
That will create a folder named New Folder, which you can rename to "HJT" or "HijackThis". Now you have C:\HJT\ or C:\HijackThis\ folder. Put your HijackThis.exe there.

Reconfigure Windows ME to show hidden files:
Double-click the My Computer icon on the Windows desktop.
Select the Tools menu and click Folder Options. Select the View tab.

Under the Hidden files and folders heading select "Show hidden files and folders".
Uncheck the "Hide protected operating system files (recommended)" option.
Uncheck the "Hide file extensions for known file types" option.
Click Yes to confirm. Click OK.

Click Start, Programs and Accessories and open Windows Explorer.
Select a hard drive from the left hand side of the Windows Explorer window.
Select "View the Entire contents of this drive".

Run hijackthis and click the scan button, when it has finished scanning then put a tick against the following, close all other browsers and windows and click 'fix checked'

R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Toolbar,LinksFolderName =

R3 - Default URLSearchHook is missing

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {ED103D9F-3070-4580-AB1E-E5C179C1AE41} - (no file)
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {00000000-59D4-4008-9058-080011001200} - (no file)

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [pngqt] C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\pngqt.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [FARMMEXT] C:\WINDOWS\FARMMEXT.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [GMedia2] C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\GSM2.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [LCYQ] C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\HFDR\LCYQ.EXE
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [jmkhf] C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\yplborji\jmkhf.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [xbroj] C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\vgvi\xbroj.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [HXXQFHEP] C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\DLMPH\HXXQFHEP.EXE
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [p4mX37l] ATMR332.EXE
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [xwxnwhcw] c:\windows\system\xwxnwhcw.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Y357RXJ7g] ACCET32.EXE

O15 - Trusted Zone: http://www.neededware.com

Then boot into safe mode, by tapping F8 as your system reboots and find and delete the following;

C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\pngqt.exe
C:\WINDOWS\FARMMEXT.exe
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\GSM2.exe
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\HFDR\LCYQ.EXE <--- folder
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\yplborji\jmkhf.exe <--- folder
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\vgvi\xbroj.exe <--- folder
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\DLMPH\HXXQFHEP.EXE <--- folder
c:\windows\system\xwxnwhcw.exe

I'm not sure where these two will be, you can use the search facility to find them, they will most likley be in the C:\Windows\System folder

ACCET32.EXE
ATMR332.EXE

Go here and run online scans (all), allow them to delete whatever they find:

TrendMicro HouseCall
eTrust AntiVirus Web Scanner
Panda ActiveScan
Then run hijackthis and post a fresh log for review please
