Malware problems on XP computer

Every time I try to log into a forum including this one the webpage automatically logs me out. So I cannot access any of the email accounts or forums from this computer. Luckily I can use my blackberry to check my email. It seems there is some devious malware, Trojan etc., which prevents me from staying logged on to any forum or email account. Its so frustraing!! Here is a what happens within seconds of signing into my yahoo email account!!

And on top of that a pop up box says “unexpected http response- Status code: 403”

And when i try to login to my gmail account it repeatedly clicks back and cannot log-on.
