How to get rid of trojan.win32.agent.azsy?

The following is my hijackthislogfile that I saved as I was instructed by the Trend Micro website. There was a Personal Antivirus (PAV) that installed itself to my pc and wants me to pay to remove the subject file. As far as I see it; the PAV probably installed the malware when it installed itself WITHOUT MY PERMISSION!!
