Hi, I've noticed windows running slow lately and the newly downloaded IE8 seems to load pages slowly. I was also trying to resize several pictures with Irfanview when the program kept crashing as if it were out of memory. This continued after rebooting twice. Other programs seemed to work normally. I usually keep Windows and Bitdefender up to date and scan regularly. A Bitdefender full scan revealed nothing as did Ad-Aware. I also did an A-Squared Free scan that revealed the following which I then deleted:

My last attempt was with HijackThis and I'm posting my log. I noticed that "w4sgeen9.exe" is listed and some on google have called it a virus? I also noticed that "C:\WINDOWS\system32\svchost.exe" is listed three times? I usually like to figure things out on my own but I know when some things over my head. I appreciate any help you can give.
