IE and other programs can not connect to the internet.

Internet Explorer, Superanti-spyware, mcafee can not connect to the internet. I thought it was my firewall through mcafee so i uninstalled mcafee and now it will not reinstall. Superanti-spyware says it can not up date because of a firewall might be blocking its access to the internet. Firefox will connect to the internet just fine. When i type something into IE it says address invalid. Here is my hijack this log file.
