Bad Image Error

I have an Dell Inspiron 1501 Laptop running XP Media Center Edition. Every Time I log in or try to open a program i get two Bad Image errors. The first says "The application or DLL C:/WINDOWS/System32/babetafu.dll is not a valid Windows Image. Please check this against your installation diskette". The second is "The application or DLL C:/WINDOWS/System32/jkxdvc.dll is not a valid Windows Image. Please check this against your installation diskette." But after I hit OK the programs run perfectly. I have ran Superantispyware utility and removed a ton of stuff but this didnt stop. Below is my HiJackThis Log. Please help
