Recycler worm & format/reinstall optimization

I seemed to have had a "RECYCLER" worm that I don't believe was fully removed. I've also formatted and reinstalled my OS, so I'm hoping to optimize my system again, but I don't want to delete or get rid of anything that's not bad. Please help. Here is my log:
