Help! Malware, invisible IE popups, blocking malware scans

Hello. So my computer all of a sudden got real slow, is plagued with invisible IE popups every few minutes (they show up on task manager), and I'm somehow being prevented from opening Spybot, Malwarebytes, etc. Could someone please help??? Here's my HJT log:
