think i may have malware, heres my log

Hi im Aaron, my pc suddenly started working slowly about a week ago scanned with adaware and nod32 but nothing comes up apart from tracking cookies in adaware, i really need my pc running smoothly as wen i run my music production software all at the same time it really struggles now so any help would be great and much appreciated.

Make a uninstall list using HijackThis
To access the Uninstall Manager you would do the following:

1. Start HijackThis
2. Click on the Config button
3. Click on the Misc Tools button
4. Click on the Open Uninstall Manager button.


Click on the Save list... button and specify where you would like to save this file.

When you press Save button a notepad will open with the contents of that file.
Simply copy and paste the contents of that notepad here on your next reply.

Please Go to add/remove programs and remove one, you decide which one.

1. Please download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and save it to a convenient location.
2. Double click on mbam-setup.exe to install it.
3. Before clicking the Finish button, make sure that these 2 boxes are checked (ticked):
   Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
   Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
4. Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware will now check for updates. If your firewall prompts, please allow it. If you can't update it, select the Update tab. Under Update Mirror, select one of the websites and click on Check for Updates.
5. Select the Scanner tab. Click on Perform full scan, then click on Scan.
6. Leave the default options as it is and click on Start Scan.
7. When done, you will be prompted. Click OK, then click on Show Results.
8. Checked (ticked) all items and click on Remove Selected.
9. After it has removed the items, Notepad will open. Please post this log in your next reply. You can also find the log in the Logs tab. The bottom most log is the latest.

Did you address the point I made about running 2 Antivirus Programs, if you have installed the full COMODO Internet Security that contains
a Antivirus, and running this along side Nod32 is going to cause problems, having 2 AV's running at the same time will not help protect you, in fact
it will have the opposite affect, as Nod32 is a paid for product I would keep that and uninstall COMODO Internet Security, or Maybe you never installed the AV
engine in COMODO Internet Security??, and just running the Fiewall and Proactive Security, I dont know,
we can look into your system defences once we have you clean, and get you fully protected.



I also see from the Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware log you have used Cracked Software, We do not and will not condone using pirated or stolen software on this forum.
They are also one of the biggest causes of infection, and some of the worst infections around, they are not free without a reason.
This applies to Cracks, Keygens and Warez, if you have any more delete them and I will continue to help you at this time
In the future I strongly suggest you stay away from using cracks and/or Keygens.


Can you please post back the information on your Antivirus programs and a new HiJackThis log so we can continue cleaning your system.

• As part of it's process, ComboFix will check to see if the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console is installed. With malware infections being as they are today, it's strongly recommended to have this pre-installed on your machine before doing any malware removal. It will allow you to boot up into a special recovery/repair mode that will allow us to more easily help you should your computer have a problem after an attempted removal of malware.
• Follow the prompts to allow ComboFix to download and install the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console, and when prompted, agree to the End-User License Agreement to install the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console.

Go to Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs and uninstall the programs listed above (in red) NOW.




Get Firewall and AntiVirus Status
Please go to Start, Run, type wscui.cpl into the box and hit <Enter>.
Tell me if it reports both AntiVirus and Firewall as ON, and then click on the little down arrows on the right of each, and note the name of the application being used for each.

Update Adobe Reader Older versions have vulnerabilities that malware can use to infect your system

1. Please uninstall Adobe Reader 7.0.9 before installing the latest version by going to Start > Control Panel and double clicking on Add/Remove Programs. Locate Adobe Reader 7.0.9 and click on Change/Remove to uninstall it.
2. Click here to download the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader.
3. Select your Windows version and click on Download. If you are using Internet Explorer, you will receive prompts. Allow the installation to be ran and it will be installed automatically for you.
   
   If you are using other browsers, it will prompt you to save a file. Save this file to your desktop and run it to install the latest version of Adobe Reader.
4. Close your Internet browser and open it again.

• Go to VirusTotal or Jotti's

c:\windows\system32\drivers\vjzbcac.sys

• Copy/Paste the first file on the list into the white Upload a file box.
• Click Send/Submit, and the file will upload to VirusTotal/Jotti, where it will be scanned by several anti-virus programmes.
• After a while, a window will open, with details of what the scans found.
• Note details of any viruses found.
