Please help me Remove this virus ive tried everything!!!

Hello im a new user to this wonderfull site and i would really apreicate some expert Help in removing this nasty virus that has not been able to get removed with any of the programs ive used

its gone so far as to disabling my internet connection
(even though i check and see if my internet is running and it is)

i cant access the following virus programs


.super anti spyware
.spybot search and destroy
.maleware bytes
.Smitfrud Fix
.Clamwin

nothing works as ive tried useing (Ad-Aware) to scan in safemode picks up a virus removes it but it keeps comming back i apreicate all the help anyone can give me i cant format as ive lost my disc and ive got very important work on the computer that i cant access due to some folders not opening up!!! please help
im on a diffrent computer (to access the internet but i use a floppy disc to copy over the hijack log file)
