packed.generic.200 not sure if gone or not

Unread postby tivomaniac » March 12th, 2009, 9:06 am

I had been infected with packed.generic.200 and via various tools including Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and SuperAntiSpyware I think I've removed it but Norton still reports it on boot up. I can naviagate to the various sites that were previously blocked so I think it's gone. Is Norton just re-reporting based on something else? Also you'll seen Norton and Avast in the log below but at present Avast is disabled. I installed it to let it have a go at this as well and for the record it does not see it. Here's the log:

Due to lack of response this topic is now closed.

If you still require help, please open a new thread in the Infected? Virus, malware, adware, ransomware, oh my! forum, include a fresh FRST log, and wait for a new helper.
