Fake Anti Virus Virus

Hello;

I believe that i have a fake anti virus virus on my computer. I have McAfee and CC Cleaner and ran them both. They detected a trojan and removed it but the computer still seems infected. I reran McAfee and CC Cleaner and they both came back clean so i have turned to you for help.

the other thing that might be related to this issue is that i get a message on what i believe to be the fake anti virus telling me that the virus is of the key stroke type. if that is the case then when i registered with you, they will now have my user name and password. the pop up says "windows security alert".

below i pasted the copy of the hijack this scan, in order to get to your site i had to use the "ANALYZE THIS" button which then led me to the "UPLOAD" to you button.

i hope that i didn't mess things up but i need your help and any assistance that you can provide will be greatly apreciated.

Make an uninstall list using HijackThis
To access the Uninstall Manager you would do the following:

• Start HijackThis
• Click on the Config button
• Click on the Misc Tools button
• Click on the Open Uninstall Manager button.
• Click on the Save list... button and specify where you would like to save this file. When you press Save button a notepad will open with the contents of that file. Save the file to your desktop.

Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware

Please download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and save to your desktop.

• Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
• At the end, be sure a checkmark is placed next to:
  
  Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
  Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
  
  
• Then click Finish.
• If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
• Once the program has loaded, select Perform Full scan, then click Scan.
• When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
• Be sure that everything is checked Except for the objects located in C:\System Volume Information, and click Remove Selected.
• When completed, a log will open in Notepad. Please copy and paste the log back into your next reply

• The log can also be found here:
  C:\Documents and Settings\Username\Application Data\Malwarebytes\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\Logs\mbam-log-date (time).txt
• Or via the Logs tab when Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware is started.

Download and Run: RSIT

• Download random's system information tool (RSIT) by random/random from here and save it to your desktop.
• Double click on RSIT.exe to run RSIT.
• Click Continue at the disclaimer screen.
• Once it has finished, two logs will open. Please post the contents of both log.txt (<<will be maximized) and info.txt (<<will be minimized)

Please post the RSIT logs and the Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware log on your next reply.
