It is an unfortunate reality that the tools we use to analyze and remove malware will not work properly on 64 bit operating systems. Therefore, although some may appear to produce results, those results cannot be relied upon. Because of this limitation, it is almost impossible for us to correctly diagnose your problems. Additionally, any fixes we might attempt would carry the potential to do as much or more damage to your system as the malware that may be infecting it.

At this time, we have no one available with the necessary experience with 64 bit systems that would be required in order to inspect your machine manually.
