Fake Scan Webpage problem

I started getting popups today telling me my computer was infected. Norton Internet Security blocks it sometimes, others it doesn't. It is identified as "HTTP Fake Scan Webpage" from a company called bestvirusremover2009.com. I ran HiJackthis and got the following log. How do I stop this?

Thanks for the offer of help, but I finally gave up. After days of trying everything I could find, I reformatted my hard drive and started over. None of the sources I tried could tell me how to remove the problem. Thanks again.
