another problem is, i cant seem to enable windows firewall, if i open it, it will say that:
Windows Firewall cannot be displayed because the associated service is not running. Do you want to start the Windows Firewall/Internet Connections Sharing (ICS) service?
and when i click yes, the option to enable firewall cant be clicked and it is set to off. just like the firewall, my taskbar/startmenu also cant be clicked. i tried to end process the explorer.exe and created a new task of it again through Windows Task Manager and it worked. i can click everything on the taskbar/start menu but my firewall is still unclickable. but even if i can click my taskbar/start menu i dont want to do it every startup because im not the only one using this computer and i know even if i found a solution, the virus is still there. there is also this item in the taskbar, when i point the mouse to it, i see a description saying:
avast! Mail Scanner [svchost.exe->adsl-99-175-188-70.dsl.emh...
i never seen that thing before until this computer started having problems. after a few moments, the phrase after "->" keeps on changing and changing. my antivirus is avast just in case u need to know. every startup also, avast detects some viruses (malware) on my computer. the location of the viruses is, C:\WINDOWS\file.bat (malware name: VBS:Malware-gen) , C:\WINDOWS\system32\rejsvseh.dll (malware name:Win32:Trojan-gen {Other}) , C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\restore.sys (malware name:Win32:Rootkit-gen [Rtk])
when i delete this things permanently with my avast, i keeps coming back every restart. i can also see some duplications of services(i think this file is causing troubles), one on C:\WINDOWS and one on C:\WINDOWS\system32. i can also see reader_s (i also think this one is a virus) at the folder system32.
please help me with this problem and i hope and pray that you might find an answer to this and fix this problem.
i am going to post my new logfile after deleting the things the other sites told me
i think i have better chances of solving this problem in this site
