need to remove 'Search Setting' program, please help

I use Windows XP SP pack 2 Professional edition. I want to remove 'Search Setting' program from my computer but I can't. No matter how I try -- using CCleaner or removing it by Control Panel > Add/Remove programs method, the program still persists.
