Peku006 has undergone extensive training in the area of malware removal. He has far more malware knowledge, as do all MWR helpers, than anyone you're likely to find in a shop, and his English is just fine. In addition, you may have noticed that he has very good manners and does not type all in uppercase letters, which is considered the same as shouting, even when he's being treated badly by a rude individual such as yourself. He is certainly not responsible for the computer usage that very likely permitted the vector for the infection to access the system in the first place.

You have been, with neither provocation nor justification, behaving in a very rude and obnoxious manner. Instead of trying to browbeat a free volunteer into giving you live support, you should take the infected computer into a trusted local shop and have them back up the data and perform a reformat and reinstallation of the operating system. Of course, unlike us, they will not provide their services free of charge, so be prepared to pay for them. You should be forewarned, however, that if you treat them as rudely as you have treated peku006, you will likely find yourself shown to the nearest exit, with a strong suggestion that you do not come back, which is exactly what I would like to do right now, as you are no longer welcome at this site.
