I've been through a fairly extensive cleaning process over the last week and i've still encountered hijacker issues using google... my search results are relevant to a search thread, but selecting the link brings me to adult or sales themed sites. Previous to cleaning, any search attempt immediately displayed a redirected IP "7.7.7.0". This IP is not displayed now but further navigating through search topics causes redirection.

In your previous topic you reported that you were no longer getting redirected while using Firefox, Your Kaspersky scan was clean as were other scans. It is possible that this is a new infection.

Regardless, in order for us to help you it is necessary that you provide us with a HijackThis log. Please follow the guideline at the link below to start a new topic and post your HijackThis log as well as the link to your previous topic.
