major problem.
I ran the CF script and the computer restarted but now it just keeps rebooting itself.
We tried to use the Console Recovery mode but that gives an error.
And if we choose MS XP Home, the system just keeps rebooting over and over.
I'm typing this from my own computer.
Any thoughts??

Don't do anymore at this stage, I need to have a word with the developer of the tool just to be on the safe side.
I will get back to you when I have news :)

hey sorry for the delay. here is what we have been able to do.
when the computer is rebooting, we press F8 to enter setup.
from the options there we choose log on to the last known best configuration.
then the system boots
is that ok?
what can i do from here?

Due to a lack of response, this topic is now closed.

If you still require help, please open a new thread in the Infected? Virus, malware, adware, ransomware, oh my! forum, include a fresh FRST log, and wait for a new helper.
