Trojan: Win32/Alureon.gen!J (split)

Hi there , I was googleing to see who else had this trojan and i stumbled by this thread. I think you might be able to help me clean up this trojan. I had bitdefender installed and it could not catch it as it disabled bitdefender from doing any updates. I uninstalled and installed windows live onecare trial and still it can not clean it.
