Browser hijacked, spybot no update, no mcafee on-access scan

My browser has been hijacked. Most link redirect me to somewhere else. I have mcafee virusscan installed , along with spybot S&D. Mcafee on-access can is enable, but no longer scanning according to its statistics. Spybot S&D will scan, but will not update. HJT log below.

VISTA-DISABLE WINDOWS DEFENDER

• Go to Start > All Programs > Windows Defender.
• Click on Tools at the top.
• Under Settings, click on Options.
• Under Automatic scanning, uncheck (untick) Automatically scan my computer (recommended) box.
• Under Real-time protection options, uncheck (untick) Use real-time protection (recommended) box.
• Click on the Save button at the bottom right hand corner.

Don't forget to re-enable it, when your computer is clean.

Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware

Please download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware to your desktop.

• Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
• At the end, be sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
• If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
• Once the program has loaded, select Perform full scan, then click Scan.
• When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
• Checked (tick) all items except items in the C:\System Volume Information folder, and click Remove Selected.
• When completed, a log will open in Notepad. Please save it to a convenient location.
• The log can also be found here:
  C:\Documents and Settings\Username\Application Data\Malwarebytes\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\Logs\mbam-log-date (time).txt
• Post that log back here.

Please read the Our policy for P2P Programs and remove any P2P programs you have.

Also please remove any cracks/keygens you have downloaded on your pc, using P2P or any other way to install them as they are illegal, and also a very good source for infections.

Download Rooter.exe to your desktop.

• Then double-click it to start the tool. (Right-click and run as Administrator if needed)
• A Notepad file containing the report will open, also found at %systemdrive%\Rooter.txt. Post that here.

• Open HijackThis.
• Click on Open the Misc Tools section.
• Click on the Open Uninstall Manager... button.
• Click on the Save list... button.
• It will prompt you to save. Save this log in a convenient location. By default it's named uninstall_list.txt.
• Notepad will open. Please copy and paste the contents of this log in your next reply.
