How to get started?

Unread postby swagger » January 28th, 2009, 11:17 am

I heard about this site from malwarebytes forums... I'd love to learn more about malware removal as I am an IT Technician here in South Carolina. I know the basics but would like to enhance my knowledge to further help the users... So where do I start here? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Blame their itchy fingers for opening mail and clicking on links when the person who supposedly sent it has yet to ask them to check it out.

I could... or I could just help them fix the problem and try to educate them on what to do and what NOT to do....

And actually I've seen people catch virues because of settings in Groupwise that automatically open the next message when they delete the current message. And we can't force those type of setting changes!
