I wanted to know if there is a cure for this. I have mcafee 87.i but it is not catching this virus. I am unable to access any of these websites hjt, superantispyware, malwarebytes etc. i have them on my thumb drive as well and i am still unable to execute them. I am NOT asking you to fix my laptop. I am just asking is there something else I can use. I am able to get to the web but if I google for instance malwarebytes it brings up all what appears to valid links ut when i clikc on them they are routed to a site that gives you another list of ativirus software or it tells me the page cannot be reached. Your assistance is appreciated.

It is impossible to evaluate with any degree of accuracy the condition and prognosis for a computer with so little data available for our consideration.

As it appears you are unable to access or install the tools and/or resources needed to clean up your system, then your only option may be to reformat your computer and reinstall the operating system.

We are unable to assist you based on your system's inability to create logs that are needed for the assessment and/or cleaning process; therefore, this topic is now closed.
