Malware Removal

Main problem is everytime I go to a new page a pop up window appears then goes off screen, about 30 seconds later it re-appears with either an advert, or the majority of the time a window saying the page cannot be displayed. I think some software installed is stopping the page from being displayed but not stopping it altogether. Computer is also running slower than normal and takes a lot longer to log on.
