This is driving me insane...

Okay. My daughter was uploading a picture from deviantart.com when all of the sudden, the internet crashes. Afterward, we kept getting a pop-up box stating the Win32.Zafi.B virus was detected and to get protected.

I immediately ran MalWare Removal, RegVac, Ewido etc. to cleanse the system. Some of the problems are resolved, but others will not stop. For instance, when I open msconfig, it closes down immediately. Here is my log for HJT (I am on Windows XP SP3):
