Vundo is kicking my butt. Help Please

I have been infected by Vundo for about a week now. Everytime I think I've gotten rid of it, it comes back. This is what I've done so far; I booted into safe mode (no networking support) as Admin. I ran Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, followed by SUPERAntiSpyware Free Edition and Microsoft defender. Before booting into safe mode I also updated all the definition files for all three softwares. All three found Vundo in different locations. After completing the scans I ran Hijackthis and Sdfix. Here is the latest HiJackthis log below. Any help would be helpful this is definitely over my head and I could use the help! I'll be checking back several times through out the day.
