The .582 update to Spysweeper is removing the system file dbghelp.dll.
Source: LoPhatPhuud/MS MVP/Gladiator Security Forums
It appears that the .582 update to Spysweeper is removing the system file dbghelp.dll.

This is a valid Windows file and its deletion may cripple many programs or prevent them from working.

"SpySweeper is killing a system32 DLL (dbghelp.dll).
dbghelp.dll is used by almost all programs... Exchange ESM will stop working, mail flow maybe affected, integrated setup will not displays components, exchange setup will fail, and others..."

Suggest users contact SpySweeper Customer Support if problems are encountered.

It would seem some folks are having slowdown and minor poblems with Spysweeper and some not; this fault, which was reported in an MS MVP mailing list, may not exist.
