LIST OF PROGRAMS USING HIJACKTHIS

• Open HijackThis.
• Click on Open the Misc Tools section.
• Click on the Open Uninstall Manager... button.
• Click on the Save list... button.
• It will prompt you to save. Save this log in a convenient location. By default it's named uninstall_list.txt.
• Notepad will open. Please copy and paste the contents of this log in your next reply.

Here are the contents of the Uninstall Manager. I not sure I understand the rundundant occurances of several items in the list (Acrobat.com, Adobe AIR, Blackberry SW, etc). Please let me know what I can do to help my beast run better. I'll make a contribution to the cause if all this works out.

Both Acrobat.com & Adobe AIR were installed when you updated your Adobe Reader.

Read information about BlackBerry Desktop Software 4.5

If you didn't install it, probably it came pre-installed on your pc, as i see you also have Roxio installed.

Please also post a new HijackThis log, it seems you missed it.
