Right click your desktop then choose properties
Go to settings
Under colour quality, choose the highest option you can find (it's most likely true colour 32bits)
Then click OK

Does the site now look OK?

I think it's best to uninstall online armour and get a different firewall if you continue to have issues with it.

Yes, I have some other ideas, but to be honest this is outside my area of expertise and my ideas may very well turn out to be bad for they are not based on anything but an educated guess.

I think it's best if you take this issue to a forum offering assistance for general computer problems; I personally recommend BleepingComputer
