Cant update Nod 32 database, spywaredoctor, PC very slow!!

Here is my problem. Due to an unfortunate act done to my Lap top (ACER aspire 9410), i got infected with some vundo trojan according to spyware doctor. I cannot update the databases for my Virus scanner and my SPyware doctor after that. also when i visit sites that are somewhat related to malware or anything of the same specie, i cannot open the site and Firefox says that there is a problem with my connection. I hope you can help me with this problem of mine. Im in university right now and most of my files are in this lap top. i cant afford for it to fail. thank you in advance.

Edit: also additional info! sometimes when i visit sites it loops or directs me to other sites which is unintended. e.g. browsing google then clicks a link leading to wikipedia then ends up in the yellow pages.
