I have disarmed sys restore cus I google'd prob & it told me to. This is the first time ive had to do this so need help please. One trojan is; win32/vundo.gen!R (C:|system volume information\restore{loads of no's&letters.dll There is 5 of these altogether!

I have disarmed sys restore

Please enable System Restore NOW! even if it's infected. We need a System Restore point, before attempting to clean your pc.

LIST OF PROGRAMS USING HIJACKTHIS
  • Open HijackThis.
  • Click on Open the Misc Tools section.
  • Click on the Open Uninstall Manager... button.
  • Click on the Save list... button.
  • It will prompt you to save. Save this log in a convenient location. By default it's named uninstall_list.txt.
  • Notepad will open. Please copy and paste the contents of this log in your next reply.
