I have a problem with this particular malware. I've been looking online for a solution(I had to install safari because firefox and IE continue to terminate) but I still can't find a solution. I'm not sure if I'm supposed to post any more information, besides this:

I just got done fixing the same problem.

First off, you DON'T have Spyware.ISpynow. You have a program that is popping up an advertisement for a rogue anti-spyware program made by defender-review.com (if you've clicked on any of the buttons/links in that window, you'll notice that it takes you to that website).

Here's the steps I took to get rid of the problem:

1) Reboot in safe mode (the program runs as a hidden process and keeps an open lock on one of the files involved, so you can't delete it unless you're in safe mode).
2) Delete the folder %UserProfile%\AppData\Roaming\Google and everything in it. (In your case, it would be C:\Users\Andy\AppData\Roaming\Google)
3) In Regedit, search for anything with "dvvm" (NOT dwm) in it and delete it. I got 2 hits, one was in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run. The other one was in a location I don't exactly remember (it was a cache of programs recently run).
4) Reboot. Your problem should be fixed.

Best of luck.

Matt,

Thank you for responding so quickly. Your information was useful and relevant! (and I didn't have to talk to you on the phone in India for 3 hours) You people are saints for what you do here.

Thanks again,
Andy

Glad I could be of assistance. :) This one frustrated me for the better part of a night and a day (longer than such problems usually frustrate me), so I figured the least I could do would be to help someone else out.

Matt, although we appreciate your good intentions, you are not a qualified malware removal expert, therefore you are prohibited from offering advice in malware removal topics at this site as well as most other help sites devoted to removing malware. If you are interested in helping, we suggest you enroll in a school for training so that you have the knowledge needed to properly help others.

Andy, you have followed advice proffered by an unqualified individual who is not approved to offer malware removal advice nor to analyze HijackThis logs. Although it appears your system's symptoms have been eradicated, it is quite possible that remnants may remain and/or that other malware may be present. Therefore, we suggest that you open a new topic and post a fresh HijackThis log and wait for an expert to respond. If the individual who responds has "Active Member" under the Offline/Online indicator under their name, as do both yourself and Matt, then they are not qualified to help you. Please wait for someone whose name appears in color, and their MRU status is shown beneath the Offline/Online indicator.

This topic is now closed.
