Reinstalled windows, possible external hard disk malware

Dear Malware Removal Staff,

It's been three days since my original post, and no replies (viewtopic.php?f=11&t=36904).
Could someone take a look at my logs, most of them are very short/clean, but I'm still waiting for a reply so I know what to do :)
