PLEASE HELP DID COMBO FIX AND VISTA SYSTEM ACTING UP

Hello,

Couple of days ago I ran into an infection in my Vista Home Premium SP 1 system and I posted HJT log on another site and was helped. I was told to run smitfraud fix and combo fix everyting went well. But now my autorun is not working when playing CD, DVD, and even the USB. And I think some services have been stopped as well. Since I can't see the system in event viewer saying services have been stopped. Here is a HJT log just in case. If you guys can help please let me know thanks.

That's part of what Combofix does so you don't get infected from them. Many infections are spread from those that autorun. The autorun file gets infected

It usually comes in through your removable drives - flash drives, cds, memory cards, usb disks.

Most of the time, your antivirus programs will detect & remove the infected files but that causes a minor side effect. Clicking on your drives would produce error messages about not being able to find "copy.exe".

LDTate thanks again for responding so quickly unfortunately I tried doing everything in your most recent link and NOTHING! when I do the command prompt it tells me "the requested service has already been started" so nothing happens after the restart. Hopefully there is a remedy thanks again!

Do you have a file (autorun.inf) in the root of C:?

Leave the extention off, just autorun
