Windows Warning Message - Blue Screen with unmoving window

[OH36]

My desktop went blue with a window that read:

WARNING!
Spyware detected on your Computer!

It then goes to list the 2 malwares -
Win32/adware - virtumonde
Win32/privacyremover.m64

Using Adaware I scanned and "removed" the infected files. However, the message does not go away. There was a similar post on Dell.com/support which recommended using HijackThis and post the log. Here is the log generated.

This looks like the unmoving message window. Looks like the executable is changing the desktop using this bmp file (sorry this is the non-techie probing around). There are probably other things this is doing that I would not be able to or know how to find out.

Please download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware to your desktop.

• Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
• At the end, be sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
• If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
• Once the program has loaded, select Perform full scan, then click Scan.
• When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
• Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
• When completed, a log will open in Notepad. Please save it to a convenient location. The log can also be found here: C:\Documents and Settings\Username\Application Data\Malwarebytes\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\Logs\log-date.txt
• Please post contents of that file in your next reply along with a fresh HijackThis log.
