The file is too big, maximum allowed size is 256 KB.
Your message contains too few characters.
You mention that the text is a part of a joke.
I have never been able to locate or duplicate that. Could you tell me where you found it?
Seems that print screen copies the properties of the email as pjg and that will not go in a notepad. I am assuming that is what you want, the properties screen.
Clicked on the message entry in outlook express for each message (one at a time), went to properties, details, message source, went to full screen, and worms were in both messages though nothing showed in the message proper.

With all to the messages being read in text the strange characters are no longer present.
At peace with Go
An 80-year-old man went for a physical. All of his tests come back with
normal results. The doctor
said, "George, everything looks great. How
are you doing mentally and emotionally? Are you at peace with God?"
George replied,
The above lines are the ones that are replaced in the emails. I am sure that you have noticed that already, but I just wondered, is it possible that the problem lies somewhere in AVG software, perhaps something was added that causes the translation, but is not being picked up by the scanning.
I want you to try something.
In OE go on Help Tab.
You will find a Detect and Repair function.
Click on it, let the default tick like it is, and click on Start.
When it finishes, close and re-open OE.
Delete all your received emails but one.
Empty Deleted Items Folder.
Click on the remaining email, and reply.
Clean that strange text, and send it to yourself.
Tell me if you got the strange text.
Also send it the same way to your friend, and tell him to send it back to you with the reply button, the same way.
Still the strange text there?
