Meet the Staff

Unread postby Scotty » August 1st, 2008, 8:27 am

How about a "meet the staff" thread in General Discussions, or somewhere like that, for maybe Undergrads and above.
Ive seen it elsewhere and it's nice to know about about those helping here. Or maybe Im just nosey. :D

A "Who is helping you here" post could be like a sticky in Malware room. Such a sticky excists in other forums too. ;)

I think Chris will say there are plenty enough stickies there, so perhaps General Discussions would be better, where all can still see.
G2G has theirs in the Open forum I think.

IMO, it should just list the ranks and not NIC's unless someone wants to keep it updated.

I agree with LDTate, and i believe Scotty talks about "Who is helping you" meaning a thread whith the rank which can help in those topics, and not individual names.

Something like this would be nice:
http://www.cybertechhelp.com/forums/sho ... ostcount=1

That sticky could be located, in Malware room.
Scotty can tell if it's this he means.

I think both would be cool. With Scotty's, whoever wanted to write up something could do so, whoever didn't doesn't have to (staff members that is;)). :)

My question is who would keep it updated?
I know I don't have the time.

Does this meet what you are asking for?
viewtopic.php?t=10
It probably needs a bit of updating but as such it seems to be more or less waht Chryssi is asking for.

Yes something like that, but instead of name to have the status of each as they show in our profile, ie undergrad, graduate, those avatars Kota created are really wonderfull.

Undergrad avatar here small description of the status here
Graduate avatar here small description of the status here
And the rest status line by line.

Something like that. ;)
