Yes, it seems that there are a couple of Web sites that wil not open. Tried changing security settings, reloading IE 7, deleting IE 7 and using IE 6 and also tried Firefox to no avail. Thought it might have been malware. Site that I have been trying to access is a bank site. Everything else is pulling up fine. Site trying to be accessed is http://www.fcb.la. Appreciate any suggestions.

Have you tried accessing via proxy?

myproxy.ca is one good web proxy.

Then it might be ISP issue. You might want to ask them if also others can't access that site.
