I'm trying to get rid of the popups and trojans on my friend's laptop. Avast found 5 problems, Malwarebytes found 9. I did all the windows updates and updated all programs that http://www.secunia.com recommended. It's running much better now, but there's a whole lot of stuff in the startup and HJL log that I don't know anything about, so I was hoping someone could take a look. Thanks!!

Heather

Due to lack of response this topic is now closed.

If you still require help, please open a new thread in the Infected? Virus, malware, adware, ransomware, oh my! forum, include a fresh FRST log, and wait for a new helper.
