Hello, and welcome to Malware Removal Forums.
My name is Matt and I will be assisting you with your malware issues.
Please be patient as I need some time to review your HijackThis log and I will post back recommendations for repairs.
As I am still on training, everything that I post to you, must be checked by a Teacher. Thus, there may be a tiny bit of a delay between posts, but it shouldn't be too long.

  • Whatever repairs we make, are for fixing your computer problems only and by no means should be used on another computer.
  • Continue to respond to this thread until I give you the All Clean! If you have any questions or you're stuck in there please reply it to me. I will try my best to help you! Not having symptoms of malware doesn't mean that you are clean!
  • Please do not carry out tasks on your own before I reply as this will only complicate things and may mean that my instructions are useless or dangerous!
  • Please bookmark or favourite this page. In case you need it as reference or etc.

Hi

Disable SUPERAntiSpyware until the computer is clean
  • Right-click on the shortcut from the system tray
  • Choose View Control Center (preferences/options)
  • On the General and Startup tab, uncheck Start SUPERAntispyware when Windows starts.
  • Click Close to exit.
Don't forget to re-enable it, when your computer is clean.

Disable Spybot's TeaTimer. This is a two step process.

Spybot S&D's tea timer normally provides real-time protection from spyware, however it may interfere with what we need to do. We will disable it until the machine is clean when it can be re-enabled.

First step:
  • Right-click the Spybot Icon in the System Tray (looks like a blue/white calendar with a padlock symbol)
  • If you have the new version 1.5, Click once on Resident Protection, then Right click the Spybot icon again and make sure Resident Protection is now Unchecked. The Spybot icon in the System tray should now be now colorless.
  • If you have Version 1.4, Click on Exit Spybot S&D Resident
Second step, For Either Version :
  • Open Spybot S&D
  • Click Mode, choose Advanced Mode
  • Go To the bottom of the Vertical Panel on the Left, Click Tools
  • then, also in left panel, click Resident shows a red/white shield.
  • If your firewall raises a question, say OK
  • In the Resident protection status frame, Uncheck the box labeled Resident "Tea-Timer"(Protection of over-all system settings) active
  • OK any prompts.
  • Use File, Exit to terminate Spybot
  • Reboot your machine for the changes to take effect.
Don't forget to re-enable it, when your computer is clean.

Please download Navilog1 by IL-MAFIOSO:
http://perso.orange.fr/il.mafioso/Navifix/Navilog1.zip
  • Extract its contents to the desktop.
  • Double click on navilog1.exe to install it on your computer.
  • When the installation is complete, the tool will start automatically.
  • If it doesn't start automatically, please double click on Navilog1 shortcut on your desktop to run it.
  • Press E for English from the language Menu.
  • Type 1 in the next Menu to select Search and press Enter.
  • Wait for the Scan to finish (It may take a reasonable amount of time)
  • Press any key as requested .
  • A new document will be produced: fixnavi.txt.
  • Please copy/paste the contents of this report in your next reply.
The report is also saved in the root of the directory, "%SystemDrive%\ixnavi.txt". (usually C:\ixnavi.txt)

Hi
Post a New HJT Log
Reboot your computer. Start HijackThis. Click Do System Scan and Save a Log File.
When the Scan is complete, select the whole log (Ctrl-A), copy and paste the log contents in a reply.

Hi
Well your latest HijackThis log is certainly looking cleaner :) Don't worry about older logs.

How is your computer behaving now?

Please download JavaRa and unzip it to your desktop.
  • Double-click on JavaRa.exe to start the program.
  • Click on Remove Older Versions to remove the older versions of Java installed on your computer.
  • Click Yes when prompted. When JavaRa is done, a notice will appear that a logfile has been produced. Click OK.
  • A logfile will pop up. Please save it to a convenient location (like your desktop).

Then download and install Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 6 Update 7 following the instructions below:
  • Go to Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 6 Update 7 and click on Download button.
  • In Platform box choose Windows.
  • Check the box to Accept License Agreement and click Continue.
  • Click on Windows Offline Installation, click on the link under it which says "jre-6u7-windows-i586-p.exe" and save the downloaded file to your desktop.
  • Install the new version by running the newly-downloaded file with the java icon which will be at your desktop, and follow the on-screen instructions.
  • Reboot your computer

Download and Run Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
Please download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware to your desktop.
  • Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
  • At the end, be sure a checkmark is placed next to:
    • Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
    • Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
  • Then click Finish.
  • If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
  • Once the program has loaded, select Perform full scan, then click Scan.
  • When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
  • Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
  • When completed, a log will open in Notepad. please copy and paste the log into your next reply.
  • If you accidently close it, the log file is saved here and will be named like this: C:\Documents and Settings\<your username>\Application Data\Malwarebytes\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\Logs\mbam-log-date (time).txt

=================================
In your next reply can I please see the following:
  • JavaRa logfile from your desktop
  • mbam-log-date (time).txt
  • a new HijackThis log

OK malwarebytes was successfully downloaded and is scanning now. Whew! at least that worked.

OK found you instructions. Scanning still going.

Damn had to stop it because I may not have done an update.

Update failed now I must learn how to tell teh firewall to all them access to the internet. Uhmmm, I use internet explorere and opera and mozoilla.

Explorere was not on , I shall turn it on now to find it firewall.

OK in explorere Iunder privacy I added the 3 sites under update mirror. lets try for check for updates?

No luck!

Lets try under trusted site.

ok no luck there either.

I dopn;t know what and how to use a firewall.

Lets try goggle for that answer.

It said go to the windows control panel and guess what I found? The java control panel. Tried to update it and it said the same as this and my front page.

Ok fond the windows fire panel and it was off and so I turned it on for java and the interent browsers.

now lets try.

No luck updating Java metions proxy setting , don't know what that is?

Java would not updat, how about malware?

No!

all say cannot proceed with current internet connections?

Ok turned off windows firewall as it says I more than one running.

Well that java control panel has nothing to run. So I quit that.

OK Malware won't update so I will run the scanner.

There is no: "Launch" Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware

Ok checked full scan. I suspect this will take a long time. Its 8:35 PM In Hawaii, where I am. Ibeen trying to figure out Englands time difference?

OK turned off Zone Alarm spy blocker.

I'm afraid I don't quite understand this. When did this start happening?

Regarding the Java, have you downloaded and run "jre-6u7-windows-i586-p.exe"?

Your logs don't show any firewall programs so I'm not sure why you can't update. Can you describe this in a little more detail?

Post a New HJT Log
Start HijackThis. Click Do System Scan and Save a Log File.
When the Scan is complete, select the whole log (Ctrl-A), copy and paste the log contents in a reply

when i try to publish in front page it says: could not find a web server at "whatever name in i put in" on com port 80 and it has said another number in another program. PLease make sure that the web server name is valid and your proxy settings are set correctly.
