HI Shaba ,
okay the main problem i hav is sometimes my internet explorer keeps losing control , and opening upto 100 browser pages on its own .
I cant stop it , i can either restart my computer or sit and wait for it to keep opening and keep closing them .
I did an online virus scan which said your computer is affected , and then just went off , so i was wondering
if i had some viruses or something
thanx for the help :)

Hi

Those are very likely misc windows problems.

Does that happen also with other browsers?

Hi

As this sounds like a misc windows issue and not malware issue, is it OK to re-direct you to some windows forum for that issue?

Hi

You can just simply empty it.

Now you need to delete the infected files in your Norton AntiVirus Quarantine.
Go to this page and follow the directions for emptying Quarantine for your version of Norton Antivirus:
Removing files from Norton AntiVirus Quarantine

Hi

Then you can attempt to empty that within Norton 360.

This should also help.
