Why do you think that you are infected? You state that the "web pages are messed up", could you explain to me exactly what kind of problems you are having?

You aren't running Anti Virus Software. Please download and install one of them first!!!

Use an Anti Virus Software - It is very important that your computer has an anti-virus software running on your machine. This alone can save you a lot of trouble with malware in the future. Here are some Anti Virus products which are free for personal use and most used:
AntiVir
Avast
BitDefender

Update your Anti Virus Software - It is imperitive that you update your Anti virus software at least once a week (Even more if you wish). If you do not update your anti virus software then it will not be able to catch any of the new variants that may come out.

As soon as you have finished with this we can begin with the fix.

P2P Warning!

IMPORTANT I notice there are signs of one or more P2P (Person to Person) File Sharing Programs on your computer.

LimeWire 4.18.3

Please note that as long as you are using any form of Peer-to-Peer networking and downloading files from non-documented sources, you can expect infestations of malware to occur
Once upon a time, P2P file sharing was fairly safe. That is no longer true. You may continue to use P2P sharing at your own risk; however, please keep in mind that this practice may be the source of your current malware infestation

I'd like you to read the Guidelines for P2P Programs where we explain why it's not a good idea to have them.

I would recommend that you uninstall LimeWire 4.18.3, however that choice is up to you. If you choose to remove these programs, you can do so via Control Panel >> Add or Remove Programs.

If you wish to keep it, please do not use it until your computer is cleaned.

Step #1: Disable Teatimer

Please disable Teatimer as it may interfere with the fix.
First:

• Right click Spybot in the System Tray (looks like a calendar with a padlock symbol)
• Choose Exit Spybot S&D Resident

Second:

• Open Spybot S&D
• Click Mode, check Advanced Mode
• Go To Left Panel, Click Tools, then also in left panel, click Resident
• If your firewall raises a question, say OK
• Uncheck the box labeled Resident Tea-Timer and OK any prompts.
• Use File, Exit to terminate Spybot
• Reboot your machine for the changes to take effect.

Once your log is clean you can re-enable those settings in TeaTimer.

Step #2: Remove programs using Add / Remove Programs

Please remove the following programs from your computer by completing the following steps:

I see that Viewpoint is installed. Viewpoint, Viewpoint Manager, Viewpoint Media Player are Viewpoint components which are installed as a side effect of installing other software, most notably AOL and AOL Instant Messenger (AIM).

Viewpoint Manager is considered as foistware instead of malware since it is installed without user's approval but doesn't spy or do anything "bad". This may change, read Viewpoint to Plunge Into Adware.
I recommend that you remove the Viewpoint products; however, you can decide for yourself. If you choose to keep it, please ignore it in the list below.

• Please click Start > Control Panel > Add / Remove Programs
• Please remove the following programs:
  
  Deewoo Network Manager removal
  MySidesearch Search Assistant Adzgalore
  Plate
  Viewpoint Media Player
• Do not panic if some programs listed are not present.

Hello Ken, Thank you for the reply and help.
When I say webpages messed up. I mean things such as the MySpace "Reply Box" will not show unless I refresh the page. This happens to YouTube also, but will not display the video and will stay at 0:00 with the Play arrow on the "Pause/Play" button, but will not display a video unless refreshed. Along with Yahoo! (Newest Style with built-in Messenger) it will not load the mail screen disabling the links bringing me to my Inbox or Spam boxes. I must refresh the page for it to work like before.
I believe I'm missing an important file in system32 as I downloaded a untrusting anti-virus and did a full system scan and deleted all file that were displayed as trojans.

There is evidence in your log that indicates that this program is installed, and I need to see if you are familiar with it before continuing.

Yes, but I have removed it. It was useless and someone informed me to download it.
I have removed it.
It was a program that logged everything a person did on my computer.
Since no one touches my computer I've removed it.

Thank you for the information regarding mpk.exe. I am glad you have removed that. Be very careful with programs such as that in the future. If used for malicious purposes they can cause all sorts of problems including the stealing of passwords, bank accounts, personal information, etc. You were wise to uninstall that program from your system.

Your log is looking better, however we do have just a few other things to do. Please do the following:

Step #1: Run Kaspersky Online Scan

Please go to Kaspersky website to perform an online antivirus scan.

• Read through the requirements and privacy statement and click on Accept button.
• It will start downloading and installing the scanner and virus definitions. You will be prompted to install an application from Kaspersky. Click Run.
• When the downloads have finished, click on Settings.
• Make sure these boxes are checked (ticked). If they are not, please tick them and click on the Save button:
  
  • Spyware, Adware, Dialers, and other potentially dangerous programs
  • Archives
  • Mail databases
• Click on My Computer under Scan.
• Once the scan is complete, it will display the results. Click on View Scan Report.
• You will see a list of infected items there. Click on Save Report As....
• Save this report to your desktop by changing the Files of type to Text file (.txt) before clicking on the Save button.
• Now close the window.
