im looking for a free easy to set up firewall

i dont know how to set up a firewall. what needs to be blocked

any help would be apperciated

You will get varied ideas, as ease of use depends on each user. Here are a couple to try out:
Online Armor
Comodo Personal Firewall

Trying one at a time to see which you are comfortable with is best.
I use Online Armor myself.
